Here is the 2010 High Flyer Coaching Staff.

As usual, our staff will include current & former college athletes and high school
& college coaches. All of our coaches have club playing and/or coaching
experience.

Our program this year will include volleyball-specific strength training
incorporated in every practice. We will stress sound fundamental techniques
that will limit injuries and provide the basis for athletes to progress to more
advanced techniques and playing systems.
