This will be the 8th season for the High Flyers. We typically field about a dozen teams
ranging in age from 11&Under through 18&Under. The age divisions are based on the age
of the athlete on August 31st of 2008.

Right now we are anticipating that we will form 2 to 3 teams in each of the 12s, 13s & 14s
age catagories. We typically select 9 athletes for each team and we do our best to match
abilities and fill position needs to complete the teams. Our Coaching Staff is listed on the

Almost all of our coaches have played and/or coached at the collegiate level in addition to
having experience coaching young players through club or high school.

Each team from 13s through 18s will have two practices per week for approximately 2
hours each. 11s and 12s will practice once per week.

For practice space we utilize Lincoln East HS, Southeast HS, Lux Middle School, Culler
Middle School and others. Practice schedules are usually set after teams are formed and
we consider coaches and athletes needs as much as possible.

Club Fees for ages 13 and up will range from $750 - $795. This cost covers: 8
tournaments, custom uniform, coaches fees, team fees, PlyoCity training, equipment
costs, gym rental and other incidentals. We offer the best coaching/training package in
town, without breaking the bank :-)

The High Flyers is the best organized, professionally managed club in Lincoln.

We were the first club in Lincoln to offer "special sessions" for skill refinement, and we
were the first club to offer athletic enhancement training as part of our regular program.

We have qualified teams for the Junior Olympic National Championships and several High
Flyer athletes have earned All-State honors in high school.
