About the High Flyers

Established in 2002, the High Flyers Volleyball Club is a USAV Youth Volleyball Club
comprised of individual teams for age divisions 11 & Under, 12 & Under, 13 & Under, 14 &
Under, 15 & Under. 16 & Under, 17 & Under, and 18 & Under

High Flyers Club Philosophy

Teach sound, age-appropriate volleyball skills and strategies in a team-oriented
environment. Develop strong all-around skills in all players as well as specialized
position-specific skills for each athlete.

Provide opportunities and challenge athletes to achieve great things.

Encourage loyalty and teamwork.

Develop and maintain positive team chemistry by focusing on the team concepts over
multiple seasons.

Assemble athletes that will work together and grow as players and individuals.

Foster a love and respect for the sport of Volleyball that will last a lifetime.

Develop a genuine commitment to achieving high individual and team standards.

Encourage each athlete to set goals and reach them in an environment that is positive
and supportive.

On-court and off, the High Flyers will show good sportsmanship at all times.
